Monforte D'Alba
If you went from this small town in Piedmont where it is very pleasant to walk through the medieval streets surrounded by buildings beautifully restored.
Monforte D'Alba is one of the 11 municipalities under the DOC production Boroli, a symbol of the wines of Piedmont and the Langhe.
The typical dishes of Monforte d'Alba in the Langhe are the traditional ones, the former have the scent of white truffle accompanying traditional tajarin . Or plin the gravy.
